Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes’ walk, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The exclusive two-room apartment at Hafenspitze 26 features a large loggia and a view of the bustling harbor. It offers a spacious living area of 70 square meters, making it ideal for up to four guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully integrated and equipped with high-quality appliances. There is a separate bedroom. The vacation apartment also features a stylish bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, the beds for 2 people are already made. Towels for 2 people are also included. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Paid parking is available at the new parking garage at the Old Harbor, 300 meters away.

In 2021, the luxurious “Hafenspitze” vacation apartment complex opened at the Old Harbor in the Hanseatic city of Wismar, next to the renovated Ohlerich Warehouse. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant with a view of the sea. A seafood bistro offers delicious snacks.
The modern vacation apartment on the second floor spans 70 m² and accommodates up to 4 people.

It features a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, internet-enabled radio, and free Wi-Fi. A well-equipped open kitchen and a cozy sleeping area with a double bed and a second TV round out the amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the large, furnished loggia, ideal for relaxing summer evenings. An elevator is available.


A ground-level shower room and a wellness sauna provide additional comfort (please bring your own sauna towels). Bed linens and towels are included for 2 people; additional linen packages are available for a fee. The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.


Bicycles can be stored in the building’s storage room, and parking is available for a fee at the “Altstadt-Hafen” public parking garage, approximately 300 m away. All apartments are equipped with a doorbell and intercom system with video function.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
