Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each featuring a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. At the tip of the harbor, you’ll also find a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and be just a few minutes’ walk from Wismar’s Old Town, with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, featuring a viewing platform and a view over the Hanseatic city.

You’ll be staying in the two-room apartment at Hafenspitze 28 with a view of the harbor. A passenger elevator takes you up to the 2nd floor of the building. This attractive, 66-square-meter living unit can accommodate up to 2 people. The balcony is furnished seasonally. A comfortable kitchenette is available, as well as a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower. Upon your arrival, the beds for two people will already be made. Towels for two people are also included. This is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the parking garage at the Old Harbor, approximately 300 meters away.

From the private balcony, you can enjoy views of Wismar Harbor and the ships coming in. This vacation rental features a bright living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. Motorized exterior blinds provide pleasant shade during the summer months. The comfortable furnishings allow you to enjoy your break from everyday life.

A comfortable sleeper sofa provides two additional sleeping spots. Additionally, internet-enabled TV and a radio with “hotel mode” offer entertainment. Wi-Fi internet access is included. For shared meals—which you can prepare in the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen—there is also a spacious dining table in the living area. You’ll spend restful nights in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The en-suite bathroom is like new and features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. Upon arrival, the beds for two people are already made, and towels are provided. If you need additional sets of linens, these can be booked for a fee. The adjustable floor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the entire vacation home.

A winter vacation on the Baltic Sea, right by the harbor, is truly something special. You’ll be staying in a vacation home on the 2nd floor of the building, which you can easily reach via the passenger elevator. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. For guests arriving by car, parking spaces are available in the public parking garage for a fee, subject to availability.
