The flat has a great view of the industrial harbour and there is always something to see and discover, especially for children. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, which are particularly soundproof (as are all the windows in the flat), even the youngest guests can look directly at the ships coming and going.

With the small but very nice private terrace, you can also enjoy the harbour flair, including the sea air and the chattering of the seagulls, and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee in peace and quiet.

The harbour promenade with its small shops and the historic old town are just a few minutes' walk away.

Of course, nothing stands in the way of cruises with the passenger ships on the doorstep. Culinary delights are also on offer, from fresh fish from the cutter or a quick snack from the bistro to a really excellent Italian restaurant in the historic warehouse opposite. Due to its central location, day trips to other Hanseatic cities worth visiting such as Lübeck, Hamburg, Rostock or Stralsund are also possible.
