Access is completely self-service thanks to a digital keypad to enter the building and a key box in front of the apartment door.

★ CODE RECEIPT ★
The codes and information will be sent to you automatically at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your arrival.

Check-in: Starting at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 a.m.

★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES ★ 

Crib: 15.€: A supplement of 15.€ per stay will be charged for the

provision and setup of a baby bed (Please request this 24 hours in advance)

Extra sheets: 40.€: For any replacement of sheets and towels
during your stay, you will be charged an additional 40.€. (Please
request this 24 hours in advance)

7 kW electric charging station, 30.€: A surcharge of 30.€

per day will be charged for the provision of an additional parking space

equipped with a 7kwa electric charging station. (Please

request this 24 hours in advance so we can provide you with the code for the

keybox containing the access card after payment)

★ WARNING ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Therefore, if during the cleaning of the apartment we find even the slightest trace or evidence (odor, burn marks, or cigarette butts), we will be required to deduct a minimum of 80€ from your security deposit.
You are not permitted to host parties or make excessive noise.

Overnight stays in the apartment are STRICTLY RESERVED for the individuals listed on the reservation. Any unregistered person may result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the reservation, WITHOUT A REFUND, or the billing of additional guests at a rate of 50.€ per additional guest.
