The Space:

From the moment you arrive, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Rockcastle House is thoughtfully designed to provide ample space for gathering, entertaining, and unwinding.



Upon entering, you're welcomed into a striking living room featuring an oversized velvet sectional, a large-screen TV, and a custom-built bar complete with bar seating, a beer tap, and a wine fridge. Just beyond, the home opens into a spacious great room that includes a comfortable family room, a game table with chess, checkers, and backgammon, and a dining area that comfortably seats up to eight guests.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and special occasions. Expansive countertops, premium appliances, a high-end range, a KitchenAid mixer, and a dedicated coffee station make it easy to prepare meals while enjoying beautiful desert views through the kitchen windows.



The estate comfortably accommodates guests across four bedrooms thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. The private primary suite occupies its own wing of the home and features a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, a large smart TV, direct access to the pool patio, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub, oversized dual-head shower, double vanity, and spacious walk-in closet.



On the opposite side of the home, the remaining three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families and groups. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed and beautiful sunset views, another features a twin bed and twin-over-full bunk bed perfect for kids or teens, and the third, affectionately known as the Coca-Cola Room, includes a king-size bed and nostalgic Coca-Cola décor. These rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with double sinks and a shower-over-tub combination.



Outside, guests can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, lounge seating, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and beautifully landscaped desert grounds.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the main house, including all living spaces, kitchen, dining room, and four bedrooms. Guests also have private access to the swimming pool, patio, BBQ area, and outdoor gathering spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Wittmann, Arizona, Rockcastle Ranch offers a peaceful desert setting with incredible stargazing, stunning sunsets, and sweeping mountain views. Despite its secluded feel, the property is only about 15 to 20 minutes from Surprise, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Lake Pleasant.



Getting Around:

Because of the rural location, a personal vehicle is highly recommended. The property is conveniently located near US-60, providing easy access to Surprise, Phoenix, and the surrounding area. There is ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles, trucks, trailers, and RVs.
