  • In the living room, a cozy sofa and armchairs, an extendable dining table, and a selection of games and books invite you to relax and enjoy convivial (family) evenings. High-quality multimedia equipment with various connection options and a Smart TV provides additional entertainment in the living room and bedrooms.



    The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (one 200 x 200 cm bed and two 200 x 100 cm beds) and large wardrobes. The two single beds can also be pushed together.



    Each floor features a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, mirror cabinets, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures comfortable room temperatures.



    The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities for self-catering, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and blender. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner. A first-aid kit is also located here.
