Hello and a warm welcome to the beautiful Landhaus Bootsmann. There’s plenty of room here even for larger families of up to 5 people and a toddler. Enjoy breakfast on the south-facing terrace in the lovely garden, surrounded by shrubs. The first floor, which is fully tiled throughout, features a new, fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a cozy living room with a dining area that seats up to 6 people. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, and board games. A guest restroom is also located on the first floor. The staircase, lined with wooden planks, leads to the upper floor (also with wooden planks). Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each equipped with a satellite TV. One bedroom features a double bed, 1 crib, and a wardrobe with drawers. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe with drawers. Also on this floor is the bathroom with a shower (including a shower door) and toilet, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer. A wooden staircase leads up to the cozy attic studio. Here, you’ll find two additional single beds (90 cm) waiting for you. There’s also a desk and two comfortable armchairs that are perfect for reading. A small selection of books is available. The floor is covered with warm wooden planks. All bedrooms can be darkened with exterior roller shades. Free Wi-Fi is available. A storage room for bicycles or other items rounds out the amenities. Here you’ll also find a handcart for the walk along the Harle River to the beach.
