There is a sofa with a sleeping function, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare a meal. There was, of course, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Additionally, the apartment has a second bathroom with a toilet.

There is a ground parking lot available for guests, as well as a gazebo for storing strollers, bicycles, deckchairs, screens, etc.
