Awesome, quiet, breathtaking

This was the perfect quarantine vacation! Literally 4 miles down the road from Cedar Breaks. There was almost no one around, so we had no trouble social distancing. The kitchen was amply stocked and perfect for our needs. We would totally stay here again.

Snowy Quiet Wonderland

We arrived late at night to our condo and it was super easy to get in especially with the underground parking. The place was clean and set up beautifully with local art work everywhere, sleeping arrangements, and living quarters. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could make meals. The owner let us know about all the local food spots, codes for game area and spa, along with an abundance of wood we could use. There were board games, movies, and video games throughout the condo. The managers of the condos were super friendly and helpful especially with cleaning up the ice roads getting in and out of the property. Overall loved our experience with it being out grandson’s first time in snow.

Ski Vacation

We had a great time in Brian Head and the condo was perfect. The location is awesome and is a true ski in/out. The condo is very cozy, has high end appliances, and spacious. The host, John, is probably one of the best I’ve experienced. He is passionate about making sure you have a good time not only in his condo but in Brian Head. I Highly recommend condo and Brian Head.

Great location for skiing

Nice ski in and ski out property in Giant Steps. Nice mix of beds for our group. Ample space for four guys plus inside parking! Would recommend!

We loved our stay... it felt like home as soon as we walked in.

We had our family with grandkids and grand parents with us and it was perfect. We skied and snowboarded to and from condo to the lift without any difficulty. The owner was great and very accommodating to us. We will definitely go again and rent this unit. The Oldroyd's

Great Getaway!

John’ place was perfect for our family - great location, beautiful condo with a super comfortable living room and a gourmet kitchen! John made it really easy to check in while we in transition between places. We all had a great time!

Can’t get closer than this to the slopes

Very comfortable. Stocked with all you need. Could use some new board games (all the current games are incomplete or broken.) Boot and glove dryer was SO NICE!

Very comfortable and owner was very nice to work with

We had a wonderful time here for our family of 5. The amenities were more than adequate and everything was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with his coffee choices (Kurig, espresso maker and coffee pot). The owner was extremely responsive with any need or question we had. The only issue is that the toilets required holding down the handle to be sure waste vacated and did not cause any problems but that was extremely minor and we got used to it right away. When we arrived home we held those down longer than usual out of habit! This was our 5th year staying in Brian Head and we would gladly stay in this particular condo again. Giant Steps is the perfect location for all of our needs. We love it!

Enjoyed our stay in Brianhead

John was easily reached when we had a question upon arrival. He picked up the phone on the first dial. He's an owner that really cares about his guests. The condo was comfortable and clean. Great location. We did not ski in/ski out but I suppose you could. However, there is a shuttle that stops in front of the condo that will take you do Giant Steps and Navajo, or it's a moments drive to Giant Steps. John's condo had everything we needed. Everything you could use for cooking. This was our first trip to Brianhead and we are definitely coming back! I would stay at John's place again.

The unit was great for our family of 5. Nice newer kitchen, covered parking garage, indoor spa.

Location was great. Definitely ski in/ski out. Close to snow tubing hill too. Nice kitchen with newer appliances and every kitchen gadget needed. Fireplace was great with unlimited wood onsite. I would bring more towels for bathing as there were only 4 in the unit and although the complex is pretty quiet, the upstair occupants were pretty noisy. We would love to visit Brian Head again in the summer.
