Throw open the French doors and you’ve got your own secure private garden, perfect for morning coffees, a glass of something cold when the British weather decides to cooperate, or letting the dog have a good sniff around. Upstairs are two comfy bedrooms, including one with clever zip-link beds that can be arranged as a king or two singles. There’s also a modern family bathroom, and four-legged family members are very welcome to come along for the adventure.



Now, a little word about perfection… this is a home, not a show home. It has been properly lived in, so you might find the odd scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. If you’re expecting velvet ropes around the furniture and walls nobody has ever touched, this probably isn’t the place. What you will find is a stylish, comfortable and practical home with everything you need for a few nights, a few weeks or a few months.



There’s one allocated parking space, plus additional free residential parking nearby, and Brookwood and Woking stations are within easy reach when London is calling. When it comes to daily essentials, you are well catered for with Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and Co-op Food all conveniently located within the local Knaphill area for your shopping needs.

For even faster connections, Woking Station is just three miles away and serves as a major transit hub with frequent trains into central London and across the Surrey region.
