“The woman who checked us in was rude. I had sent a message to the hotel that we were going to be arriving around 5am she said she didn’t receive it and I was. Lucky she printed out my paperwork. And then asked for a late check out and she said to call the manager in the morning at 10 and ask him. She didn’t tell us that there was a breakfast so we missed that. The room was not very clean it had a dead bug in the corner of the bathroom. The tv was a 43” sitting on the dresser hard to see it....

“Feces smeared on toilet handle and lid, black mold around bath tub, boogers on walls, dirty carpet, musty order in room, ceiling cracking.
Advertised having a pool, pool has been permanently closed for weeks, elevator was also broken.
Saw staff member drinking from water pitcher used to fill breakfast machines.
Lastly, credit card was double charged.”
