“The room was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and razor and they had extras for me. There was a problem with our toilet running, and I had to constantly pick up the lid on the back and push down the flopper. I didn’t really eat much of the breakfast buffet or at the bar or restaurant but I did go for a glass of iced tea and I had to wait 20 minutes and then the iced tea came out like white like it was just water, but other than that it was a good stay.”

“Hotel was great! Parking garage right across the street was nice. The valet parking was a mess. I couldn't pull under the canopy in front because there were cars parked everywhere. And then at about 2 in the morning there was a couple cars outside revving their engines. Not a good night of sleep.”

“Our stay at the microtel was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned well and we found a cockroach in our bed. The concierge was quick to make it right, and moved us to a new room. “I always liked this hotel group. However, this stay had some hiccups. The shower was as clean as it should have been and I do not like how children are allowed in the hut tub. A four year old stood on the steps of the hot tub and urinated with 8 people in the hot tub. You could see it plainly. The parents were close by. I realize these things happen but my point is I think it would be helpful if hotel staff reminded guests at check in that young children aren’t allowed in the hot tub. We...
