“It was quiet and clean. The pillows were extremely hard and should be replaced. The floor was not very clean and left the soles if my bare feet black and while I understand for security reasons the window from outside for late checking it is a little uncomfortable
But for the price and location it was a good deal”

“Advertisement shows restaurant they do not have a restaurant only serve breakfast in the mornings. Also, there’s no bellhops or staff to help you with your luggage .. so you’re pretty much on your own. I called in the morning to ask if we could have help with luggage being that I had my handicap mom with me, they said we would have to go down get a cart and do it all ourselves that they had no one to help us…”

“The front desk gave us wrong room, we walked into an occupied room, the girl in the room was livid! I wasn’t happy either. They put us in a new room on 2nd floor, we were on 1st floor originally which is what we wanted. Desk clerk said she could not refund anything because I paid through Expedia.
Pool was dirty, and dead mouse in the jacuzzi! And the pool area needs cleaning and landscaping
Won’t stay there again!”

“I booked a king standard room online with no issues. Checked in around 10pm and no one was at the check-in desk. After a few, a young lady walked in from outside to help & we were assigned our room. We started making our way to our room. We noticed that the property didn't appear to be well kept. Also we noticed random broken things around the property. We saw a broken fire extinguisher case near our parking space. No fire extinguisher & just broken glass. We also saw a large broken glass...

“My room was large, clean and very nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, it dipped a bit in the center and the pillow top feel was not as thick as it needed to be. I was glad I only had one night to sleep on it. My windows over looked the interstate behind the property and the traffic was loud before 5 am early in the morning, I didn't get a full night's sleep.”
