Me and my husband made reservations ahead of time (1-2wks b4) and BOTH times that we stay there the front desk person has an attitude and no professionalism at all, and BOTH times tells us the room we reserved isnt available YET proceeds to get us a room. He said some rooms were under construction so i told him why do they keep taking reservations then? he responded with "im going to cancel someone elses reservation to accomodate you" WOW. ”

“Not at all like the picture. Room and lobby is smelly. Front desk told me shuttle arrived in 5 mins but ending up took me 1 hour from airport to the hotel including 25 mins waiting. Blanket has multiple holes. My room was not accessible to elevator. ”

“Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. You can make your own waffles. ”

“The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. Food was mediocre but portions large. Staff were polite but clearly miserable. This hotel used to be so pretty and upscale and now...

“We arrived late and left early, appreciated a budget motel near the interstate, and got what we paid for. The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The mattress was basic (no pillow top) but in good shape; the frame it sat on creaked loudly with any movement. There was no closet, only a waist high rod with a couple hangers, and no amenities in the room (coffee maker, hairdryer). The bathroom was HUGE, had sturdy grab bars by the toilet, had an accessible shower, and even had a seat for showering....
