Hotel vicino a Wolff's Flea Market - Chicago

“Clean room. Great staff”

“My room was HUGE!! Loved it. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Very clean. The hotel restaurant was good. I had a delicious steak. The bartender was super nice and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was good. The pool area was nice and clean. I used the hot tub and relaxed/enjoyed. Elevators were fast. Very pleasant experience.”

“Perfetto per lavorare fuori da down town chicago”

“It was a nice stay.”

“Very clean facility and the daily bed making and fresh towels are so refreshing when others don’t do anymore even resorts ! Most are the wonderful accommodations- the suites are so perfect ! Would come back for sure ! So Thank you Marriott … always a huge fan wherever me and my family go ! Staffs are warm and welcoming.”

“Nice, clean an big room. It was a bit cold upon my arrival.”

“Everything in general was good except air freshener in room and hallway was very strong and unpleasant”

“Booked and paid for a non-refundable room. Arrived at 12:30am to check in, and when I arrived he told them they no longer had my room and that they could not accomodate me. When asked why he said he was not sure. Was told I was going to get a refund, but never got it either.”

“Ok”

“I do not recommend staying at the Residence Inn to anyone, especially women traveling alone. Upon arrival staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming during the check-in process, which took 15 minutes. I was told parking was $30, but was then charged $150 with no explanation. The room did not look at all like the pictures online. The amenities looked much older, and the room looked unclean. After deciding to check into a new hotel, staff was very condescending when we asked about the $150 security...

“The Hotel offers a good quality if services, very rich breakfast and it is eco-sustainable. The Hotel staff is very kind. The hotel is near the airport and easy to go to the city center. The ratio price and quality of service is excellent. I would recommend for an easy going clientele. The shuttle bus service is excellent.”
