“When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

“Unfortunatelly there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a problem if you stay in during hot season. Guest parking is available for a surcharge. For the rest everything is fine.”
