We got the triple bed room which has one twin bed in one room and two twin beds in another connecting room. Good view from the 21st floor and room temperature can be adjusted. “I loved that the property was so close to the beach, Walking distance to the subway and so close to the street with many street food stalls and restaurants. Did not need a car. The hotel was nice and clean and the AC worked well. Breakfast was better than I had hoped for. All Korean breakfast items as well as cereal and waffles if you prefer western choice. This hotel was an excellent choice”

“V classy and well organised hotel. Lots of staff making it all run v smoothly. Great room service and front desk. Nothing to criticise except, maybe, the insanely expensive breakfast. But that’s optional. This hotel was the only of the 5 on our trip who mentioned tax free on the bill is possible (at the airport). No small deal. ”

"Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us.
The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless."
