“The place was lovely but the air-conditioner in both bedrooms needed replacing. The manager did give us a good heater after being cold in both bedrooms on the first night. We needed to leave the door open in the 2nd bedroom to allow the heat to flow through from the living area. ”

It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. “The room was clean and tidy. However the TV did not work but a staff member brought in another TV that worked fine. The entry path to the front door was undulating and dangerous for my wife to negotiate. The room was old and needed a refresh and painting. Bed cormfortable and linen fresh .”

“Beautiful elegant room and a super comfortable bed. The grounds and gardens were delightful. Our host was lovely and helpful. My only negative is the horrible acrylic blankets on the bed, hot and uncomfortable to sleep under. We will be back with byo blankets.”
