“The room was just what I needed. Was in town for the Premier League. Conveniently located to the train station and an easy enough walk to Molineux.”

“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time.”

“Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
