“Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . ”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“It was so noisy with so many kids running around the hallways. The pool was a zoo and not very clean. I would not recommend booking here in March.”

“Yes, room was clean including the air quality. I am highly sensitive to mold and allergies. Was NOT an issue what so ever. Please keep in mind that this place is a living place of historic significance. The original training center for fireman since 1856!!!. Please dont judge it until you get inside. “Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“The hotel was very clean and everything seemed to be new and in good shape, and the heater was quiet and worked well. We had small problems in our individual room in that the night light wasn't working and the bathroom door was very loud and squeaky. Also there were no tea bags and no extra blanket in the room. ”
