“On Saturday night, there was loud music coming from a neighboring room that lasted until about 4:00 am. Either the neighbors were extremely noisy, or the walls had very poor sound insulation, though it was almost impossible to sleep.
The trash bin had no garbage bag, and there was no shower gel in the shower. Overall the room was clean.
