“Everything was clean and in good working order .”

“The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. ”

“We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. “Great location for visiting DC! Metro station next door along with grocery, pharmacy, many restaurants. Very much enjoyed the stay. ”

“The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...
