“There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

It is in a remote country location and when we arrived (5pm on a Friday evening) the roads were closed from both directions. “Cute and clean with basic but adequate facilities. Would be better if they mowed a path through the grass from the parking to the hut. Even with a torch I turned my ankle in the long grass in the dark. The bed was very hard and on a bit of a slope. Otherwise good ”

“Beautiful little cabin property, set within gorgeous gardens that are moments from Orford Quay, Pinneys, and the rest of Orford town. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either. I would have given it 4 stars otherwise.”
