“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Our stay was good. Our suite was very clean and large! The only problem was the view was of Air conditioners and metal. Terrible view for a very expensive room. I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. I want to shout out the following employees who made our stay excellent: Myiesha very helpful, Bryan the Bellman, and Bonnie, excellent representation for the MGM!”
