“Loved having the hottub available 24 hours a day”

“Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. ”

“The first room they had us stay in was dirty, and the toliet was not working. There was a piece of floor was missing in the kitchen. They put us in a new room. It was slightly better but it was also not really clean. The tv didnt work. Stain on the beds, walls, baseboard heaters. Room was not well maintained. Ice machine was not working. The door the the building was also not working. Stairs are also very steep, no elevator.”

“You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.”

“This stay was not the experience I was hoping for. The extended stay served adults using the hotel as their home for a month at a time. It was not business professionals but more transient older adults. Some had cats living with them. Our room was not super clean (dirt and hair on the floor, purple marks in the cabinets, scratches on the floor from moving the beds). And the shower is not safe for a senior!!! It would have been better to stop at almost any place without a reservation compared to...

“Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!”
