“The staff was great Rooms very clean”

“The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.”

“Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful if not for them I would not have stayed. The hallway to the rooms was disgusting and smelled like a wet dog or a carpet cleaner didnt dry after it attempted to clean...the room had carpets so disgusting I made the kids sit on the beds after I noticed the black feet toilet had pee all over the seat and back...bathroom door has a hole kicked in it window was falling apart fridge was warm at best and the top of the closet has probly never been cleaned...

“It's a big place and there wasn't a conference going on while we were there, so it's pretty quiet. It was a great place to stay overnight with our little dog.”

“The room was pretty clean. It was definitely an older building. The breakfast was ok. The most annoying thing was the TV didn't work. They did try fixing it but couldn't get it fixed so no tv for my stay there. It would have been nice to go to a room with a working tv. Other than that it was an OK stay.”

“There's not to much unique at all about the property. The property is pretty run down. Strange people hanging out in parking lot. My room door wouldn't lock with a simple close, I had to slam it like 5 or 6 times to get it to lock. Never felt safe at night in my room with the door situation.”

“Nice suite for families. No frills room, but clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will stay again, if needed.”

“St aff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! The grounds are well-maintained and the cabin was clean and easy to locate. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but would stay here again!”

“Booked 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed.”
