"Cleaning crew will come in your room, take the dirty cloths and towels, then dont replce them with clean ones. Lobby was smelly. during check out no one was at the desk. waited and waited. later noticed that both customer sevices were late. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"Unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay. Our bathroom sink didn’t turn on, the counter sink leaked onto the floor everytime it turned on, the room wouldn’t go below 74, room service didnt restock towels and some of the gym equipment was broken. We left a night earlier than the stay we booked. ..."
