“This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The lady at the check in gave me a key that was not working and the room had a do not disturb sign hanging. She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake. It was unpleasant. I was tired and hoping to already enter my room.”
