  • Tucked away in Lincolnshire's finest countryside, yet just a stone's throw from the bustling town of Woodhall Spa, lies Abbey Grange. Lovingly renovated in 2025 Abbey Grange exudes grandeur while still retaining a homely atmosphere. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished to curate the perfect blend of rustic charm and luxury. Enjoy mixing drinks for your friends at our sociable cocktail bar or for those more competitive head across to our games room where you'll find a pool table, darts board and ping pong table.

    Head across the extensive grounds and discover our Vintage-Style Slipper Tub Outdoor Baths and Rainfall Shower nestled in our secluded Secret Garden. Indulge in this daytime suntrap or enjoy the romantic fairy lights of night time whilst having a relaxing soak and sipping on a glass of bubbly!! Also within the property is an expanse of tranquil scenery and we are fortunate to have plenty of outdoor spaces where you can unwind from the busy bustle of everyday life. The Rose Gate Garden offers serenity, the Orchard a lovely place to spend some quality time and our football pitch is the perfect place for the children to let off some steam. Under the pergola you'll find our barbecue and outdoor dining facilities for you to enjoy eating alfresco style!

    Oozing with charm and luxury the ground floor comprises of spacious living and dining rooms, a cosy snug (with a double sofa bed), a porch and the first super king bedroom. As well as a traditional farmhouse kitchen hosting an AGA – with connected utility and laundry rooms. Both the living and dining rooms seat 14 people, so your party never need be split up!

    Upstairs there are an additional 4 super king bedrooms (totalling 5), 2 of which can be separated into twin beds, to best suit your party's needs. Two of our bedrooms have luxurious en-suites, while the other three all have their own bathrooms.

    In a farmhouse as big as this you can all enjoy spending time together, yet there's enough room that you'll always find somewhere to go if you fancy a quiet hour or two.

So amazing

From the moment we arrived i knew it was going to be fantastic. Such a beautiful setting but as soon as we entered the property we were wowed. So beautifully decorated, has the feel of a boutique hotel but with the character of a farmhouse. The bed and bedding were absolutely exquisite, the perfect nights sleep. A fabulous party or family stay, can't wait to stay again.

A really fabulous stay at Abbey Grange!!

We arrived at Abbey Grange up the most beautiful drive & were certainly not disappointed. Beautiful peaceful location but only a few minutes from the centre of Woodhall Spa. Beautiful interiors & thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for your stay. It really feels like a home & has a very special feel to it. The Aga & real fires add to the ambience & we really did have the most special stay. Quite frankly, we can’t wait to return so just need to find an excuse to!

Mid week stay

We had the most wonderful mid week stay at Abbey Grange. A beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Everything has been so well thought through. Large and spacious but still retaining a very homely and luxurious feel. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with lovely linen and the shower was fab! We loved the all the sitting rooms, plenty of space for everyone! Thank you SO much Abbey Grange for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
