“Absolutely faultless. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. There was a desk and (joy!) a desklamp - so often not provided in hotels these days. I stayed for three nights and could have done so for...

“The place was”

“Dated furniture and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, you wouldn't think you were only yards from a main road. Ample car parking. Bus stop just outside main gate with plenty of buses into city centre. Breakfast was excellent. ”

“Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Hotel rooms were great. The main big problem though was the sheer amount of noise when i stayed the Friday and Saturday night as the hotel has a very busy 1,2 bars/ pubs right behind the hotel and they go on until early hours of the morning so with all that and the hotel itself having big conference facilities it made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The main window in the room did not shut properly either and the bath plug was not working. So...

“Saknade lite mer bröd och pålägg att välja på. Det varma var bra. Alldeles för dåligt tryck på duschvattnet, tog 2-3 ggr så lång tid att duscha för att få av sig duschtvålen. Annars väldigt lyxiga o fina rum. ”

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp ”

“Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again”
