Our one-bedroom suite was super nice, clean and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was great, the living space was well laid out, and everything was thoughtfully maintained. The location is very good, convenient for getting around Leeds city centre, shopping, dining and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good rest. What really stood out was...

“A great location, quiet, and near to the railway station and the city centre. The hotel is full of character, has good-sized rooms and a small friendly bar. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome as of you were at home. “Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Lovely comfy room and spacious queen bed listed as single (so a nice bonus there). All staff were friendly and helpful - especially Paul on the front desk who sorted me out a working remote control within minutes. Lovely breakfast too.”

“Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN”
