"The ceiling of the room had obvious water stains and damage. The room itself smelled strongly of mildew, and the bed sheets as well. Multiple furniture items had been screwed back together after damage. We asked the front desk for a new room and were denied."

"To be fair, we got the room at 9:45pm and checked in a little after 10 because we were in the middle of a lightning storm. I'm never sure if the staff appreciate people using online services like this. The guys at the desk were polite, but not friendly. They assured me that I could have a room on ..."
