Hotel vicino a Woodland Village Shopping Center - Lafayette

“Staff was very helpful”

“Nice location and style. Very comfortable and relaxing.”

“Very comfortable suite of rooms. Great breakfast options. Nice little store for snacks and necessities. Convenient location. There is a nice back yard with a gazebo and basketball court. There is a pool. Super friendly staff.”

“The staff at Candlewood Suites in Lafayette were genuinely kind and welcoming, and the lobby looked clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, my room didn’t match that first impression. It had a strong odour that smelled like dog and urine, the sheets made my skin itch, the floor felt uneven, and the TV remote didn’t work so the TV was stuck on one channel. The ceiling had creases too. For the price, I expected a much better room experience despite the excellent staff”

“The rooms were clean”

“Great stay”

“I'm giving the property 3 stars only because we had to change room. The first room had no hot water and even though it was an upgraded room, the second room smelled of smoke. Everything thing else was great.”

“The room were vey spacious and clean, one thing I didn’t like the I inform the customer service representative I would like for my room to clean for the next day. When the housekeep knocked on the door, I asked her will she clean my and sheets on one the bed and her response, was would you like to put the sheets on the bed. No, that’s not job and we returned the room was not clean no bed were not made up and the only thing she done put other towels and a small tiny Dove soap on the bath towel....

“Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...
