It was in one time

“Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

“The staff was rude not enough parking bathtub was dirty we asked for extra towels when ours was all dirty and we were told they had none clean no bedding for the pull out couch we had to go to the store and get towels and bedding horrible I will never stay at this hotel chain again”

“1) The elevator broke 4 times between Friday to Sunday that we know of. When we checked out of Sunday, it was still broken.
2) Very clean, but wreaked of something down the hall.
3) Staff acted as if the broken elevator was normal.
4) No closet to hang clothing.
5) Very spacious
6) While we did not need an ADA room, we were given one.
7) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again, but request a first floor room due to elevators.”

“Resort was great, we played Island and Copperhead and both were in great condition. Food was good but breakfast buffet was overpriced and included 20% gratuity for barely any service which seemed excessive. Otherwise, staff and everything was great. The pool area was also nice in between rounds. I would recommend.”

“For the area and the price for the stay the breakfast was great and the rooms are very clean this property is maintained well. The rooms on first floor smell like smoke but other than that the stag was good for a nights stay. Breakfast team was attentive and the food was good!”

“Excellent location. Town is easily accessible and two Sunset viewing restaurants are right next door. It’s a cute charming old Florida hotel so if you’re bougie, it may not be for you! Our room was clean, and spacious. Parking can be tricky with the restaurants right there, but the valet will move cars for you if you are a guest. Overall great experience. ”
