From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!”

“There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. But the photos showed a sink/counter area and a larger refrigerator. Not a great choice for mid length or monthly stays. No coffee maker, but there is a waffle house and another restaurant in the same parking lot. All in all great for the money if your only staying a night or two. I work at night and a door hanger that lets the staff know I don't need house keepers ng would've been nice as well.”

“Since it is brand new, everything was in great shape. Although we encountered a technological problem during check-in with the system and the front desk computers, staff was very nice and friendly. I suggest to have hair dryer/blower for ladies and a mirror outside the bathroom. Besides that, excellent!”

“Generally love Springhill Suites. Hotel clean. Nice location in Alpharetta. Room spacious with sofa bed, refrig, microwave, and coffee maker. Heat was left on in room, so humid (summertime). No one at front desk so waited awhile to check in.”
