Hotel a Woodside

“In stile molto scozzese. Colazione a buffet buona. È un posto da cerimonie. Possibile trovare molta confusione. Un po' distante dal paese.”

“We had a great stay. Our hosts were fantastic!”

“A lovely hotel with wonderful staff.”

“We are here for a real quick stop. Easy location on and off the highway.”

“The property and staff were exceptional breakfast was amazing”

“We like e the position and the atmosphere ”

“We had a fantastic stay at The Old Rectory. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we had in a 3 week tour of the UK! The host, Dave was lovely. So helpful in recommending local sights, and made a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as well, Easy to walk to the High Street, beautiful bridge and walking trails, Annan museum, and restaurants etc. Thank you!”

“A very clean and well equipped room - limited parking but perfectly adequate - disappointing lack of breakfast - rice crispies and cormflakes don't do it! Very good dinner and bar facilities”

“La struttura andrebbe rinnovata. In particolare il bagno era veramente antiquato (tra l'altro la doccia era talmente fioca che non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla).”

“Castello del 1700 fantastico, personale di servizio super disponibile, ottimo ristorante interno ”

Service was a bit archaic but I’m putting this down to because it felt like everyone was new? The original historic snug bar is the best feature within but it is clear they are more focused on servicing the relatively new restaurant bar area. Free parking and WiFi. Cooked breakfast was fantastic as was dinner … but … why oh why would you feature Nothumbrian sourced ingredients in the...

“Very nice room, good selection and quality of food for breakfast and lunch.”

“Enjoyed my stay and very welcoming would definitely stay there again”

“Good value for money: clean room, good breakfast, close to train station ”

“Soggiorno piacevole. Personale cortese e disponibile e servizio efficiente. Purtroppo, scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere.”

“My wife and I had a fabulous 2 night stay. Our room was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was first class. The bar was a lovely place to relax after a long day walking. We would definitely return for another visit. I have only one observation to feedback, and its minor. The decor in our bathroom was tired and needs looking at. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but paint work and fixtures were beginning to show their age.”
