“Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place.”

“It was exquisitely redone to be completely clean and sharp, but still had older (but cared-for!) floors that retained the charm of the age of the building.
