“Our stay at Hampton Inn was disappointing overall. The AC was not working properly during the night. A staff member came to check it, but the room still stayed very warm. The thermostat was set to 72, and even the fan air felt warm instead of cool, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. In the morning, we went for breakfast around 9:30 AM, but there was hardly anything left available. The staff was polite and did try to help, but the room...
