“The front desk staff person was nice and helpful. We had to request two items due to a last minute change and they were handled quickly and pleasantly. I usually don't enjoy staying at hotels. “The staff at the desk was actually very pleasant. I made my reservation through a third party, Expedia and did not use my Marriott Bonvoy account so they did not honor my request. I paid for a king size Suite with a walk-in shower, I did not get it.
