“Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped inside. My room was clean and very comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen this time, but I appreciated having it in my room. Would consider planning to use it next. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Huge comfortable room. Great bed. Fantastic complimentary evening drinks and dinner service. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Good access to city and Amtrak. Good value.”

“Well for one when we arrived to check-in we found out that they ONLY HAVE VALET PARKING. After driving from Tennessee. 17 hour drive. This was not disclosed in our reservation which was ($40) a day. Which we made a 8 day reservation. Not to many choices are as far as working around that. The hotel was beautiful but,We do believe the pool could've definitely been bigger its 3 1/2 foot deep pool and about and probably about a 5,000 gallin pool gove or take. The max occupancy is 12 people. Also...

“The receptionist upon arrival was not very friendly and appears to be talking with someone via her earbud because she was laughing inappropriately. The next lady who relieved her at 3:00 was very nice and friendly.”

“This is such a great spot and location. I have stayed here about 5 times since the fall. In that time, the small restaurant/bar on the first floor has been a lovely environment, but often lacking a number of items on the menu. Breakfast, on the other hand, is substantial and full - the breakfast is very good.”

“I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

“Beautiful building. Shoes off…excellent breakfast. Library suite a bit stuffy, no control over temperature, no fan. EZ off street parking, quiet neighborhood.”

“Housekeeping is only available if requested each day, prior to 9 AM. Coffee/hot tea is only available during breakfast hours. Breakfast bar ran out of plates and napkins nearly every morning. Breakfast tables were not kept wiped down regularly. Walls are thin. It was easy to hear our neighbors, even though they weren’t being noisy.”

“Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not...

“There were bugs in our bathroom, paint/wallpaper peeling from the walls. The shower was great. Great water pressure. Clean bedding. But felt like we needed to have our socks on in our room.”

“Staff was awesome! I of course forgot my toothbrush. They were so kind and helpful. The location is great with walking trails nearby. The Green Mill was also a great place to eat. Will stay here again.”
