Un grande appartamento sulla spiaggia, esposto a sud, che si affaccia sulla baia di Woolacombe attraverso Baggy Point a sud e Lundy Island a ovest. Bastano pochi minuti per raggiungere a piedi le scale fino alla spiaggia di Combesgate o fino al sentiero costiero che porta a Morte Point. C'è un posto auto sul retro della proprietà. L'ingresso all'appartamento è tramite il patio privato nella parte anteriore e sul mare dell'appartamento. Questo si raggiunge tramite una rampa di scale dal parcheggio.
Seascape ha due camere da letto (una doppia e una con letto king size) e può ospitare 4 persone. C'è una hall per cappotti e scarpe che porta direttamente nella zona pranzo del soggiorno e cucina a pianta aperta. Questa stanza è meravigliosamente soleggiata e luminosa con meravigliose viste sulla baia. Questa stanza e il patio sono posti fantastici per guardare i meravigliosi tramonti. Decorazioni raffinate ed eleganti con pavimenti in legno lavato, sontuosi divani in tessuto grigio e morbidi mobili turchesi a contrasto danno vita a questa stanza contemporanea. TV, DVD, HiFi, DVD alcuni giochi e libri sono tutti pensati con cura. La struttura dispone anche di Wi-Fi.
La cucina in rovere è dotata di lavastoviglie full size, lavasciuga, frigorifero 50/50 e forno a microonde, forno e piano cottura.
Le due camere da letto sono sul retro e sono pulite, pulite, fresche e bianche, entrambe dotate di TV a schermo piatto a parete. Il bagno di famiglia è moderno e abbastanza spazioso con una suite bianca con vasca e doccia separata, lavabo e WC.
C'è una porta sul retro dalla camera doppia ad un cortile esterno privato recintato privato dove è possibile asciugare tavole da surf, mute e asciugamani ecc.
Le mute possono anche essere appese al binario appositamente costruito nella parte anteriore della proprietà, sebbene non sopra le ringhiere in quanto si tratta di un'area protetta. Lettino da viaggio e seggiolone forniti.
A breve distanza da spiagge, passeggiate costiere, bar e ristoranti locali, questo appartamento fresco, luminoso e moderno rende una superba proprietà per le vacanze che offre comfort, lusso e praticità mentre vi godete una delle migliori posizioni nei dintorni. Un deposito cauzionale di £ 100 sarà pre-autorizzato e poi rilasciato nuovamente dopo le vacanze. Sono ammessi fino a 2 cani senza alcun costo aggiuntivo

Another wonderful stay
The apartment is in the most fantastic location. It is so comfortable and was clean and fresh when we arrived. There were fresh muffins left for us and some milk in the fridge which was lovely after a long journey.

Another fabulous stay
The location is fantastic here and it has views that take your breath away. The apartment is so comfortable and has everything you need. There is a fabulous welcome pack on arrival and it is these extra touches that always make our holiday special.

Great Woolacombe holiday
Great location, ideal situation for access to walks along the coastal path or inland. Easy access to shops in Woolacombe. Great views from the bay window across the headland and local beaches. Apartment well furnished and clean. Good joining instructions with details of local events and restaurants. Nicely furnished outside area to take advantage of the good weather. Just completed our 7th visit to this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in the best location. Have stayed for 5 years here and will continue to return.
Wonderful stay, in a wonderful location. There is everything you ned in the apartment to be comfortable. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival. It would be nice to be able to get into the apartment at 2pm as 4pm is a bit late when you have been travelling from early in the morning.

Late Summer Magic
This apartment is lovely. We have stayed here before to relax in comfort and enjoy the views, the location and the local beaches. Coombesgate is our favourite just across the road and down the steps
Ah yes, steps
Walking from the town or Mortehoe means uphill and then steps back up to No 7
But worth the effort and a glass of wine on the terrace is a worthwhile reward
Great location for exploring, swimming, surfing, hiking as well as great places to eat locally and in the surrounding area
Our favourites are the Beach House in Woolacombe, The Manor House in Croyde and The Rock at Georgeham

Seascape apartment, Woolacombe
This was our 2nd stay at Seascape, after a four year break from Woolacombe. The apartment is great, and in a fabulous location, perfect for accessing all of the beaches that are in and around Woolacombe, along with the other facilities and resources that are around.
It seemed better 2nd time around for some reason, and we had a great week.
The apartment provides everything that we needed for our stay, and more if you are in the mood to self cater - we weren’t!
No real complaints to be honest, and we would certainly consider another stay there - but we do feel that holiday accommodation in the UK is expensive - market rates we suppose, but even so….
All in all, a fab apartment in a fab location.

Didn't quite live up to expectations
With the cost of this 2 bed, one bathroom property in mind it fell a little short of value for money compared with others we have stayed in nearby. In particular the outdoor furniture cushions needed cleaning, one was badly stained. The indoor sofa seat cushions (removable covers) needed cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to eat in but the cupboard doors needed a clean. The bedding was excellent and beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area at the back of the property was a mess, we used it as a short cut to the parking area, and it really needed to be swept, a broken manhole cover could allow vermin access to drains. The apartment is a good size but a bit overpriced.

An idyllic getaway with gorgeous views and all home comforts
This is our second time staying here and it feels like a home from home.
The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cosy and bathroom is spotless.
The wifi is excellent so a perfect base to do a spot of work too - and my children appreciated the Xbox and games. It's a dog-friendly apartment too so our four legged friend was made to feel very welcome with a bag of dog treats left in the welcome basket!
But without a doubt the best part of Seascape is the location. What an amazing view of Woolacombe beaches and Lundy Island! The south facing patio is perfect for relaxing all day and drinking in that view! The location means you are just a few minutes walk from the smaller beaches of Coombesgate and Barricane - and another 15 mins walk to the larger beach at Woolacombe.
The service from Holiday Home Hunter was excellent; very attentive and informative, with an email suggesting things to do the week before we came down. Five start service. We will be back!

Room with a Lovely View
Comfortable stay at Seascape. Lovely to have such a view to sit and take it all in. Beds were comfy too.
Well equipped apartment, and a small patio area to sit and eat outside. We made use of the sun beds too as the weather was kind to us, lovely sun trap.
Situated within walking distance of Woolacombe, and very quiet at night.
Cliff and beach walks within easy reach, so no need to use the car.

Serene Seascape
A perfect location with outstanding views , Seascape provided us with an idilic holiday by the sea. The apartment is beautiful with everything and more we needed to make our stay comfortable . Clean, stylish and all the practical utensils needed after a day of sand and sea . Just perfect in every way . Would highly recommend ( we didn’t want to leave)and definitely want to come back . Thank you for helping us make some happy family memories .

A perfectly located hideaway
We loved our week at Seascape! The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda watching the bay. The apartment was well appointed and spotless and the agents at Holiday Home Hunter were excellent at communicating with us when there was an unexpected issue with the gas supply to Woolacombe. Will definitely be returning!

We will be back next year for our fifth visit.
The location and the view over Combesgate beach are unrivalled. Sitting on the patio at the front of the apartment or just in the bay window when the weather is not so kind soaking in the views make this a special place to stay. Our car never left the parking space all week, with walks along the coast in both directions and inland to keep you occupied and the bonus we could take our dog. Great place to stay.

Third stay in this apartment
Dog friendly apartment in quiet area overlooking the sea. Small patio with outdoor furniture- could do with a gate to stop dogs straying to next door's patio, we used a sun lounger as a barrier to keep dogs on patio.
Lovely new comfy sofa. Soft towels, good quality bed linen and pillows, but we found beds a little firm and would have liked memory foam toppers (I usually take one but had forgotten it on this occasion, we both ended up with a backache).
Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower for dogs and beach gear. Tip: open the rear door in bedroom to bring things in or take things out to car which avoids half the steps leading to front door. Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Car park tight especially when busy, we advise reverse into allocated space.

Returning visitors
Returning after an enforced break due to COVID restrictions we found the apartment had been refurbished and white goods replaced, keeping it modern and fresh. The sea front views from the apartment are fabulous. The location is ideal, easily accessible to the town centre, beach and countryside. We have found the letting agents to be excellent and they have kept us fully informed over the last year and recently keeping us posted on the measures the owner and cleaner were undertaking to make our visit safe. Everyone deserves praise.

The wildest,windiest and wettest week of October!
Despite the weather, the bay window gave us splendid views during the endless pouring rain! If we could see Baggy Point, the weather was improving and if Hartland Point came into view, things were really looking up. But we didn’t mind, as we were warm and comfortable and could venture out on the occasions that the weather permitted. Seascape provided an ideal Covid relaxation haven in a mad year.

Perfect !
I couldn't fault anything from stay at Pebbles Court or our dealings with Holiday Home Hunter. All communications were done professionally and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, especially under the current covid conditions, I would fully recommend them. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could possible need. A perfect location with a amazing view. I will ¹00% be booking the apartment with Holiday Home Hunter again, thanks for a great holiday .

Comfortable apartment with fab views
Lovely modern apartment. Fantastic views over Barricane beach. Approximate 15 -20 minute walk into woolacombe centre where there are several lovely restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even with one day of bad weather the apartment was well equipped with conventional board games, a games console and several dvd’s.
We would stay here again. My only reservation about the apartment is the stairs that you have to walk up and down to your parking space. Getting the luggage in and out was tiring work! I would not recommend to anyone who has poor mobility.
A drying rail above the bath would be helpful to dry beach towels on wet days.

Second stay at Seascape
Visited in May with our 2 dogs.
Glorious weather in a beautiful place we know and love so well. Great location near good walks. Half a mile along sea front to Woolacombe centre, so nice and quiet- we didn't wake up until after 9am every day! Fairly steep steps to and from apartment, so may not be suitable for some (our elderly dog struggled a little).
Well equipped and well maintained apartment. It's a shame the chairs in the bay window are not comfortable, a comfy recliner would be perfect. We found the beds too firm and had to buy a memory foam mattress topper as I have back problems. Good quality linen and towels. Shower really good water pressure. Outside tap at rear of property, some hosepipe attached to it would have been useful for cleaning dogs.
Would definitely consider booking again.
