Situated less than 3 miles from the stunning North Devon coastline, there are plenty of opportunities for surfing, water sports and building sandcastles. Spend the day at Woolacombe, a pretty seaside village and stroll around the shops, relax on the golden sandy beach or try your hand at surfing. There are lots of eateries to dine at while watching the magnificent sunsets. Only 4 miles away is the must-visit Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe, where you can take a boat ride from the harbour and explore the coastline and see the seals and dolphins. For keen walkers, try a section of the South West coastal path from Morte Point (3 miles), or visit family-friendly Watermouth Castle, less than 8 miles away.

Step inside this homely two-storey property via the porch and leave your muddy boots, sandy shoes and outdoor gear behind. Throughout the property, you will find soft textures in the furnishing and attractive decor that give this property a superior feel. Alongside the characterful exposed wooden beams downstairs, there is plenty of contemporary comfort to ensure a memorable stay. From the porch on your left is the relaxing lounge/dining room. This is the social hub of the home and is a lovely bright space where you can chat, play games or admire the countryside views. There are plenty of plush sofas to sink into after a day at the beach, and in the evening, gather together for a family film night on the Smart TV. The dining table is at the back of the room and is perfect for savouring unhurried meals while reliving the day’s adventures. Cook up a storm in the separate contemporary kitchen which has all the appliances necessary to create heart family meals. When it is time for bed, take the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms with ample storage, two of which feature, for your convenience, en-suite shower rooms. There are two twin bedrooms and one Double bedroom, some with countryside views. Completing this lovely cottage is a stylish family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and a WC.

Head outside and there is plenty to amuse adults and children on site. There is a bench table directly outside the cottage where you can enjoy drinks whilst the children enjoy the shared playground. This lovely complex also boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open during the summer months and requires booking. For your convenience, there are plenty of parking spaces available.
