Seacroft, less than a mile from Woolacombe, sits within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering easy access to the Coastal Path via the National Trust headland, known for some of the UK’s finest walks.

Inside, Seacroft provides a wet room for surfers, swimmers, or damp walkers, fully insulated with gas-fired central heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Relax on the raised deck or upstairs terrace for quieter outdoor moments, enjoying spectacular views and sunsets.

Situated near Woolacombe's renowned surf beach and friendly town, guests can explore various shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and other amenities within a short walk or drive.

Five generously sized bedrooms, each featuring high-quality ensuite bath or shower facilities. We furnish all rooms with pure cotton linens and provide one bath towel per person. Feather pillows and duvets are standard, with additional available upon request.

The spacious and stylish kitchen-dining area, featuring a circular slate dining table, comfortably accommodates ten guests. Enjoy mealtime with stunning bay window views. The kitchen is equipped with superior appliances including a range-style cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar await your arrival. For little ones, a high chair is available.

There are two lounge areas with ample seating. The formal front room includes a 32-inch TV and DVD player, while the cozy back lounge offers a large L-shape sofa and a wall-mounted 50-inch plasma TV, perfect for 'cinema nights'. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and outside.

A wet room caters to surfers, swimmers, walkers, and pets. Additionally, a utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

A security deposit of £250.00 is required. This will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.

The Master Bedroom, situated above the kitchen, features a King size bed and boasts magnificent balcony views. Its ensuite encompasses both bath and shower amenities. Bedroom Two also offers a King size bed and stunning balcony views, with its en suite featuring a shower. Bedroom Three provides twin beds and an ensuite shower, while Bedroom Four, located at the rear of the house, offers twin beds, splendid views, and an ensuite bath/shower.

Accessed via steps at the rear of the house or its private terrace, Bedroom Five provides twin beds and an ensuite shower, along with picturesque views. Guests can relish in the breath-taking views from the private terrace.

Ample clothes storage space is available in all bedrooms, and each bathroom is adorned with quality natural stone fittings. Additionally, a cot can be provided upon request.

Outdoor Description
A spacious elevated outdoor deck is furnished to comfortably accommodate 10 guests for meals, morning tea, or cocktails, offering stunning views of the headland, beach, and sea. A path from the deck leads through a terraced rockery to a paved patio, accessible via French windows from Bedroom 5.

Additional steps lead to a private, sunny sitting area overlooking National Trust land, boasting 180-degree coastal views. The garden is perfectly sized for children and dogs to enjoy as well.
