“Had a 2 night stay booked but only stayed one. The pool was by appointment only due to a dance competition at the hotel. We, myself and 2 kids, were notified on check in and subsequently told that it was all booked until Sunday afternoon. This was part of the reason for us staying here and normally would just adjust but when I asked a couple questions the person I was dealing with was rude and dismissive. I asked to be refunded for the second night and we would check out. Crickets. No response...

“The hotel is fairly new, great looking friendly and breakfast was nicely serviced. The rooms could be cleaner, I had 2 rooms and the whole time there was a funny smell, and spots on the floor by the barn door, shower door had spots to as if not cleaned properly. Otherwise it’s a great stay!”

“Staffwas very friendly and went above and beyond. Fresh breakfast every day and everything was very clean. The grounds are kept beautiful and there’s many places to eat right around there. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Have stayed there several times. Right now it’s under some renovations and things aren’t up to par. Hot and cold water in bathroom sink was in reverse. The shower took 15 minutes to get hot water. The tub didn't drain. Things were clean enough, towels were super soft. Check in was fine with a nice lady who helped carry luggage to the second floor as my request for first floor room wasn't honored. Checkout was poor with a virtual person on a screen.
