Delighful find

Was able to drop bags in before check in & our apartment was then ready...was greeted by the delightful cleaning lady...who also left milk in the fridge for us...the decor & furniture was too my liking & accomadation was clean & had a fab central location, would defo book again, thank you

Could have been great....

Good accommodation with plenty of room for 2 people. Good central position in Worcester city centre. Warm and clean. Arrangements for checking in could have been better. Followed the instructions but no one picked up phone and had to leave a number of messages before we finally got a call back therefore standing around for a while in the cold. Also accommodation advertised as free parking which was a key reason for choosing this accommodation.We were instructed to park in NCP, we could not access parking pass as were not given the code to box, texted contact number twice but never got an answer. Consequently had to pay over £13.00 to retrieve car. Very disappointing ... can this be remedied? A real shame. Also issues trying to connect to wifi.

100% recommend for a comfy home from home stay

Suite was beautiful, great decor and little touches made it homely. Check in service was flawless and staff member was really friendly. Will definitely be staying again.

Perfectly pleasant flat- not Boutique but more ‘home from home’. What let it down most was no reply to the 2 emails I sent ahead of my stay- one via Expedia and the other direct through the actual flats website. Also when we got there I phoned the number which I found on the flats’ website and it went to an answer machine with a message with a number said hurriedly for a mobile which was the ‘bookings number’. It took 10 minutes for them to call back. So where I stayed- the shower curtain needed replacing, one of the wardrobe doors looked like it had been melted, the TV in the lounge is too high on the walk to watch comfortably and the coffee machine kept leaking. Oh and the dead plant ie all leaves withered and brown in the lounge. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. Pluses were location, reasonably quiet, clean, felt safe. Ways it could have been improved- communication and booking in, would have been useful to have some contacts etc in the ‘welcome file’. Might be useful for the owners to try staying in for for a night and spot check the glitches. Seriously a few tweaks and this would earn the title ‘boutique’.

MrBowers had to cancel our room at the last miniut on Saturday morning due to electrical fault. He then booked us into another hotel over the road at the same price not worth what we had paid originally needed a massive update . Contacted owner promised me he would see about a part refund, after several attempts to contact owner he is now ignoring my calls. So all in all we have had a bad experience and would never go back. This man is definitely not a professional businessman. Hope this does not happen to anyone else spoilt the wedding we went to. Helen Dye

Nice rooms, very spacious, very hard to find as they are not signed at all, not even on the entrance. Parking is in an NCP car park and we booked 3 room but got only 2 free spaces..

Disappointed

I dont think me and my partner are overly picky and if I was away with the lads we would have stayed. But we went in, looked around, and walked out and drove the hour back home. In places the suite looked lovely. In other you realised how tired it actually was. Opening or closing the broken blinds was a mission in itself, toilet cistern hanging off the wall, cob webs and spiders in the windows, the bed.... sitting on it alone I could feel my bum hit the the base. It may have 'once' been a lovely suite but not now that I was happy to stay in.

pretty good

really nice apartment in a very convenient place. Nightmare to find as there is no signage whatsoever and you have to phone to get in. Overall, largely good, well equipped and comfortable. Areas for improvement - the bathroom needs to be professionally redecorated and please, please replace the filthy pullcord. The windows are appallingly bad in terms of noise reduction and really need upgrading.

Good location

Great location wise and loved the doughnuts on arrival. Wasn't told to complete the breakfast sheet. Fab that I got a free car park space but was disappointed that the floors in the apartment weren't cleaned. Neither were the internals of the cupboards in the kitchen, the cutlery and fridge. Crumbs were left obviously by previous residents in the kitchen and floors.

Great value in central Worcester

Very good appartments located in the centre of Worcester close to the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and bars/pubs in easy walking distance. Only down side was the suite was up 2 flights of stairs which may be a problem for some people, also it didn't have a wardrobe just a few pegs behind the door. However we thought it was great value for money and ideally located.

Lovely place. Hope I have been unlucky with money

The suite was great value for money. Essentially a two bedroom flat fully kitted out with some nice luxury touches here and there. Absolutely no complaints about place, nor staff. Chloe took me through everything in double quick time as I was in a rush and met me on the street due to reception being under renovation. She was lovely and answered any queries diligently. The big problem is getting money back. I stayed on 29th July and had already prepaid in full online. I got a £75 deposit withdrawn from my card. I queried this during the midweek after my stay as I guessed it would have just been a something I neglected to pay attention to when checking in. Again, Chloe explained and informed me that the money would be returned during that week. I then got a little puzzled on Friday when I saw that not only had I not had the £75 returned to me but that a second charge from the hotel has been applied for £13. Again I contacted Chloe who told me that the charge was for wine off the minibar. I had been to a wedding with my two children and was only in the suite long enough to sleep and shower. I was assured that this must have been a mistake and that the money would be refunded. It is nine days since I have stayed and I still have not had my £88 back. Chloe was ace in terms of communication but I am sorry, holding on to my money for this long is totally unacceptable. I will be unable to recommend anybody go to this beautiful place unless this situation is somehow rectified.

Overall very good but bins were emptied between 5 and 6 am and the toilet was very cramped. Flat very roomy clean and comfortable very close to restaurants and bars.

I called to report that we couldn't find the apartment then we told we were a day late and the apartment we'd booked was bein renovated. Expedia have said they would investigate but no additional info so garb

Stor og komfortabel leilighet i tredje etasje, utsikt rett til katedralen, velholdt og lettstelt, midt i blinken for en uke med konserter på 3Choirs Festival - 2 minutter fra begivenhetene, lyst og vennlig, hyggelig mottakelse og damene som gjorde rent er bare så engelsk vennlige som det går an.

A Comfortable apartment

The apartment was nice and comfortable. We were pleased to have Netflix on the t. V. As it's just above the cinema and next door to Nando's.

Great location modern appartments

Great location right next to the cathedral and city centre. The apartments aren't easy to find, however a text message from the oweners on the morning of the check in clarifies things. At check in all other questions such as how the free parking works are explained. The apartments is modern, clean and in good condition. There's a kitchen (but no microwave) and a few gratis essentials. The wifi is easy to use and there's a smart tv for entertainment. Bedroom and bathroom fairly cosy but adequate and well furnished. Overall a good place to stay, far superior to a budget hotel

The apartment is ideally situated for the city centre, and parking is available a few yards away. The place was clean and, on the whole, comfortable. Being alongside a busy city centre road you have to expect a certain amount of traffic noise, but the property is double glazed. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, and you have a great view of the cathedral. The apartment is situated above the Vue cinema but you hear nothing from the cinema, however, when the cinema is open, there are a couple of industrial extractor fans to the rear which are quite noisy and may restrict your sleep. The 2 single beds on the lower floor are suited more to children as the matresses are very 'soft'. A couple of things to be noted were the lack of plugs for sinks and baths, and the 'king' bed seemed more like a 'queen'. On the whole, a pleasing apartment
