This A-frame cabin offers panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, access to a private beach, boat launch, and a boat slip, plus a golf cart for local trips around Cave Bay. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it accommodates up to 14 guests. The cabin features a full kitchen, an open living and dining area, a daylight basement with a mini kitchen and family room, and an expansive deck overlooking the lake. Parking is available for several vehicles and a boat trailer.

Upon entering the cabin, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen leading into a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. The deck, complete with outdoor dining, patio furniture, a propane fire table, and a grill, offers unobstructed lake views.

The main floor includes a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a queen bed, and a full bath. The daylight basement has two additional bedrooms, a mini kitchen, a full bathroom, and a family room with board games. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and supplies is also on this level. The cabin is equipped with mini-split air conditioning, baseboard heating, five TVs, and strong WiFi.

Strict HOA regulations preserve the natural beauty of the area. The private beach, park, and boat launch are a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is for licensed drivers only and must stay within the Cave Bay community. Boat trailer parking is available at the cabin.

Nearby attractions include the town of Worley, 6 miles south, and the Coeur d'Alene Casino and Circling Raven Golf Club, 11 miles north on Highway 95.

✔ Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks or paddleboards.

Landscaping Notice:
Please note that regular landscaping service is performed at the property once a week, typically between Monday and Friday, though the exact day may vary. The landscaper may occasionally return on weekends if a visit is rescheduled due to weather or other factors.

While the landscaper will do their best to be respectful of your privacy and space, we appreciate your understanding as they help keep the property looking its best during your stay.

Exterior Security Cameras
There are three exterior cameras installed at each of the entry points to the property. These are in place for the safety of our guests and the security of the home. No cameras are located inside the house, and all are positioned to monitor outdoor areas only.

Kitchen supplies were inadequate for a group of 12; there was only 8 dinner plates, no large serving spoons, bakeware was sparse. We had to buy disposable pans, paper plates, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The basement had many spiders. The deck was wonderful with a beautiful view of the lake. The golf cart was handy. We enjoyed the deer coming in the yard. The park and swimming are a ways away with a steep narrow road. We had a good time but will not go bacj.

Great house with a beautiful view.

Everything was great with this house except for dealing with the property management team in advance of arriving. We booked the non-refundable home months in advance for a golf weekend. After booking we were asked about our boat details to secure the boat slip. Because it was a pontoon boat over the 21' limit they said we couldn't use the slip, this detail was missing from the property info on the app (since been updated). Also, there were dozens of pontoon boats at the dock over 21'. Leading up to the rental we kept getting automated messages about clicking a random link to pay a deposit which was not applicable since all payments were processed through VRBO accordingly. Then, while we were driving the 5 hours to the house the management company realized they never sent us the rental agreement and we needed to sign it immediately or they couldn't check us in. Super frustrating. Then we were told we would get the check in details a couple of hours before 4pm (check in). We didn't get the code or welcome instructions to enter until 30 minutes before 4. It all felt very frazzled and stressful for something booked months in advance. The rules reiterated in so many ways that we couldn't have guests not listed, and the exterior cameras (not disclosed in any documentation) made it stressful if friends from the area did stop by that we could be fined later. While the house was lovely I woudn't rent from this management company again due to the un-organization.

Excellent Summer Getaway

This is a great home to bring friends and family. The large patio provides a great view of the lake. The use of the golf cart makes trips down to the water a breeze. The 21' boat slip and boat ramp are easily accessible.

Golf get away

Myself and some friends used this home. As our hub for a golf trip. To Circling Raven and Coeur d’ Alene resort. We played Circling Rave twice durning the weekend. We didn’t want to stay at the casino. Which is why we chose this place. It was 15 minutes from the casino. The home was in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. The two recliner couches made sure of that. It happened to be a UGC fight weekend also. And the built in surround sound made that very fun to watch. I would definitely stay at this place again

Great lakeside rental

My family and I had a great time! The cabin is well equipped and has everything we needed for our weekend stay. Golf cart was convenient for trips down to the lake but the deck was the selling point and where we spent most of our time. Host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider this property on our trip next year to Lake CDA.
