"First impression upon check-in wasn’t that good. The person on the desk wasn’t very welcoming, just stayed seated & no smile. The room was clean & minimal. Bathroom was clean. "Rooms: only 2 x3 pin plug sockets on opposite side room to bed. No sockets or charge points by bed. Room had not been properly cleaned with dirty coffee pod on tray add in machine.
