The spacious open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for relaxed, modern coastal living, with a kitchen island table at its heart so the whole group can come together while meals are being prepared. There is also a separate dining table seating 6, alongside one double sofa and a sofa bed, which makes the space feel comfortable and easy to unwind in. When it’s time to relax, you can settle in and enjoy a film on the Smart TV, streaming your favourite shows via Netflix or Prime (just log in with your own account).
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to cook and share meals. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided for your convenience - so you can simply arrive and help yourself. Large bay windows and a door leading out to the back garden flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
