“The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us.”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. “I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go. There was tea, coffee, a socket near the bed, organic milk. When I am back in Bristol, I would definitely rebook, if there is availability. Thank you !!”

“The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. The lights are very bright. This means you cannot leave bedroom door open at night which is difficult when it’s warm. As there’s...
