“Lovely and clean hotel, the room was big. We booked last minute. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. We were not familiar with the location since we were traveling from the U.S. and made a last minute decision to visit The Hague. . It was a bit out of the way from the bus station and also from The Hague. But, it was worth the commute.”

“Personale alla reception abbastanza cortese, ma molto distaccato. Ristorante mediocre, Pulizzia delle camere pessima, non passavano aspirapolvere sul pavimento, letto rifatto velocemnte e pulizia della doccia inesistente. Il giovedì prima della partenza adirittura la camera non è stata pulita quindi, letto disfatto, e asciugamani in bagno non sostituiti, premetto che gli asciugamani sono stato costretto ad usarli in quanto, il vetro della doccia era molto piccolo ed il bagno si allagava.”

“Peccato che per arrivare ed uscire dalla camera mi sono dovuto arrampiare su scale che per una persona meno giovane o meno sportiva potrebbe creare problemi. “Perfect stay. Staff were delightful. Only 2 things I think could be improved are size/amount of lifts and soft closing room doors, as not only can you hear other people while in your room, but every time the door closes when your trying to sleep it wakes you up (Which I understand is most hotels to be fair) Food in restaurant was the best in the resort/park that we experienced. Absolutely loved it there and will definitely return! Oh and also put the price on the bottle of waters on the table...
