Welcome to Seagull's Watch! Brand new condo with stunning ocean views located steps from the beach in the heart of beautiful Wrighstville Beach, NC directly behind Johnny Mercers's Pier. Walk to restaurants in seconds not minutes. Elegantly and meticulously appointed with all new furniture. 3 bedrooms each with balcony and full bath. Black out curtains in each bedroom. Watch the sunrise from the King size bed in the master, enjoy a sunset walk on the beach, or have a drink while you watch the tide come in from the balcony! Fully wheelchair accessible via private elevator.

Smart TV's in Living Room and two bedrooms. Wireless internet included. Fully stocked kitchen. Private elevator for special use. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, and oversized beach towels for your enjoyment. Charcoal grill included. All you need is your bathing suit and sunscreen!

Perfect location, safe, as described. Three people total. I think it would have felt crowded if we had more. The unit was well equipped overall but needs more hangers, broom and dustpan & queen sheets had been placed on king bed. I also couldn’t get the master sliding door to lock and noticed all of the sliding doors were unlocked..would just be nice for house keeping to make sure it’s secure. Highly recommend for a stay- especially the quieter months!

The structure is absolutely beautiful, built with top-of-the-line materials. The location truly can’t be beat, and the ocean views are incredible—exactly what you’d hope for in a beach getaway. There were palmetto bugs on the deck but after letting Rich know he did send someone to spray and we never saw any in the house.

Best location imaginable!

Such a perfect layout, decor, and everything we could need was provided. having a safe garage and literally at the sand to get onto the beach was amazing. We did not even need a cooler for the beach since the house was right there! Loved the high ceilings and beautiful features. I would love to stay again next time we come back. Thank you!

Lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely duplex! Great view and steps from the beach! It was very clean (spotless, actually!) beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great time!

Dirty and Rundown

Renters beware! My experience was not a good one. The host Rich was not accommodating, professional, or nice. The condo itself is not as it looks in the photos. It is rundown with a dirty cover on the sofa and scratch marks on the walls. It is not in good condition. Briefly our experience was that check-in was 4 PM we arrived at 5 pm and the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guest. It was disgusting. The condo smelled like smoke, dirty towels and sheets were on the floor and food left out on the counter. After several attempts to call Rich the host, we left the unit and requested a refund. He did eventually respond and refused to give a refund and only offered to send cleaning people out which would have taken several more hours after a long day of travel. After several attempts by VRBO to reach the host unsuccessfully as he was nonresponsive VRBO issued me the refund.

Awesome Place

The location was perfect. It is right on the beach and right next to the Pier. Check in was a breeze and the condo had anything we could possibly ask for or need. We will stay there again I'm sure. The only thing I would suggest, and it is not a deal breaker by no stretch, is to maybe put a TV in the room with the bunk beds. The grandkids love to watch TV when they go to bed but they couldn't do that in that room. But again, that is not even an issue or even an inconvenience, just a suggestion! Oh and I also have to say that YouTube TV is available for live tv, which is normally unheard of! So thank you for that. I was able to watch college football! Again, excellent place. Very comfortable and very clean.

New and beautiful property

Just steps from the beach, this duplex had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. This was the best stay we have ever had on all our trips to Wrightsville. Just a 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Wrightsville Beach

Great property and great location. Loved the fact that it was gated with a 2-car garage and had an elevator. Literally steps to the beach and Sharks is a great restaurant within steps as well.

Lovely condo so close to the beach!
