Classic Beach Cottage on Oceanside of Wrightsville Beach-Upper Unit

Seaview/Upper level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Lower Unit is also available on VRBO#2039709

The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.

Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.

Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

Never been to Wrightsville before. Great location - property is located within walking distance of the main bar/restaurant area of the island and 100 yds from the beach. Rented the upper floor. The place is clean and has everything you need including beach chairs and an outside shower. Under house parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Location!

Great spot. Plenty of room for 5 people. Very easy check-in process and hosts were great. Absolutely cannot beat this location - 60 second walk to both the beach and restaurants/bars.

Great Place

My family and I had a wonderful time in this rental. The place was really nice and clean. This unit provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was the best part of our stay. It is located so close to the beach and to restaurants, bars and stores. We will definitely be back.

Love this place. Not huge but perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars and also have a great view of the water. Plus the property manager Melanie is really great. And it’s very clean! Third time staying here. Will do it again for sure!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this fantastic Wrightsville Beach condo. We really enjoyed the stay and we were a short walk to the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, and was well appointed with everything we needed. I'm a stickler for beds, and these were excellent with really nice pillows, sheets, etc. We would stay here again for sure.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was perfect and clean. We walked with 2 and 4 year old to pizza, ice cream, grocery and the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Manager was very helpful in replacing a broken umbrella immediately.

Wrightsville Beach Gem!

Thankful for my crazy husband who likes to sign up for IronMan races because our family gets to go along for the ride and find gems like this cozy beach cottage. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful beach, coastal coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. The house was comfortable, well-outfitted with everything we needed, and a wonderful place to stay for a fun getaway.

Sweetest Spot

We had the best stay! Everything was 5 stars - from the location to the communication and everything in between. We chose this as a last minute Babymoon trip and wouldn't have changed anything about it. The house is walkable to shops, restaurants, and is right on the beach. They were stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and more to make travel super easy for us. Our favorite part was sitting on the outdoor couch on the deck every morning to drink our coffee. Melanie was a fantastic host and was quick to respond with any question I had. We hope to be back in Wrightsville Beach again, and would definitely stay in the same spot!

Classic Beach Cottage - Upper Unit

Great 4-night stay in the Upper Unit. Melanie was a great host throughout the entire process responding quickly to a couple questions I had after booking. Property is as advertised and had everything we needed. Hopefully will be able to return next year for another great vacation.

Perfect Location

My family spent 5 days at this beach cottage and we absolutely loved it! We traveled with a 3 yo and 8 yo, and it was the perfect size for four of us. The cottage was so close to the beach and within walking distance of all the restaurants and coffee shops in Wrightsville. The host provided a wagon and chairs that we could haul to the beach, and there were even beach toys for the kids to use. We were able to shower and hose everything off downstairs before heading upstairs. It was convenient, just the right size, and stocked with everything we need. If you love the beach as much as we do, I highly recommend this property.

Loved the accommodation

My wife & I too our two teenage granddaughters to the beach for a few days, so convenience, accessibility & comfort was paramount. The Classic Beach Cottage apartment was perfect on every level. Just the right size for our group to enjoy without tripping over each other & we ALL loved the large porch. Ending our day relaxing on it was a treat. I can thoroughly recommend the apartment to any beach lover who values convenience for other amentities. Lovely welcome note from Melanie was much appreciated.

Super location

I visited with two young adult children. The house has a fabulous location just one block from Roberts, Adapt coffee shop, the ice cream trolley and the station 1 bars. Convenient, but far enough away to not be loud at night. Easy half block walk to a nice section of the beach, and has a nice view of the sound from the porch. Everything in the unit worked well, and was in good condition. Furniture was comfortable, and the house was well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Privare off-street parking behind a closed gate at night.
